Throughout the course, you’ll learn to make the great classics of southern Italian cuisine from hand-crafted fresh pasta to fragrant, slow-simmered sauces, including the legendary Neapolitan ragù, the undisputed star of our Sunday family tables, and the iconic eggplant parmigiana, a perfect harmony of bold and comforting flavors.
There will also be the preparation of Tiramisù, a timeless dessert that, although not Neapolitan, is now an integral part of the Italian culinary tradition and ends every lunch with sweetness.
It’s a rich experience of techniques, stories, and culinary secrets that culminates in a convivial lunch full of genuine flavor — and, as tradition has it, a final toast with a glass of homemade limoncello, a true symbol of our land.
